Mr. Harwell brings great depth and breadth of knowledge to the Information Security practice space. Justin has led cybersecurity and audit functions involving FISMA, HIPAA and HITRUST, served as the Chief Information Security Officer for the nation’s largest pension & health retirement fund with the State of California and acted as interim CISO for various client organizations throughout his expansive consulting experience.

Justin is currently the Director of Information & Cybersecurity for Wind River Systems. In this capacity, he leads the daily operations of the Information Security Office for the leader in transformative digital Ai solutions and Real-TIme Operating Systems. Justin has been awarded the CEH, CHFI and LPT certifications from EC-Council among other high-profile certifications. He also holds a Top Secret Security Clearance with the DoD and received the Air Force Commendation Medal for Meritorious Service during his tenure in the military.
