Lance is a licensed low voltage electrical contractor in the state of CA (CA # 1066215) and owns Outdoor Lighting Perspectives of Northbay, CA (OLPNB). OLPNB provides outdoor landscape lighting design, installation and on-going maintenance services to residential and commercial property owners in Sonoma, Napa, Solano, Marin, Alameda and Contra Costa counties in the San Francisco area.

Previous to OLPNB Lance spent twenty five+ years in the technology and financial services industries. During the six years prior to launching OLPNB he spent over four years as a business development professional in the payment facilitator and cash management lines of business with Wells Fargo and most recently spent two years as the #1 sales representative globally across all market segments with Tipalti, a software company and licensed money transmitter dually headquartered in Israel and San Mateo specializing in global accounts payable automation.

Lance has a strong working knowledge in matters pertaining to PCI compliance, cross border payments, data protection and security, KYC, Bank Secrecy Act and Patriot Act compliance and regulations.

Lance and his wife Karyn are the proud parents of three children and live in Sonoma County near the Russian River area. Their oldest son is a Senior at Virginia Tech. Their middle son is a junior at the University of Arizona. Lance’s wife Karyn is a career pediatric RN and is currently a NICU RN at Marin Health (formerly Marin General Hospital).
