Ted serves as the General Counsel for AssetMark, an NYSE listed financial services company. He has nearly 25 years of experience providing legal services to financial services companies.

Prior to joining AssetMark, Ted was Vice President, Associate General Counsel at Charles Schwab. Ted started his professional career at two law firms as a securities litigator, primarily representing financial services companies in securities arbitrations, SEC investigations and shareholder class actions.

Ted earned a BA in History and a BA in Economics from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1992 and a JD from the University of California Hastings College of the Law in 1996.
