I work diligently to build both relationships and effective security frameworks. I rely on my scientific background to inform process design, and work to build frameworks that allow even the beginning security teams to achieve and meet aggressive expectations. As a leader, I value the whole person. My program management training and leadership drives me to be successful, while ensuring my team is appropriately supported.

The team support I give ranges from strong advocacy to senior leadership as well as activities designed to minimize staff burnout. I enjoy working with the security team to also align their personal growth with internal and external opportunities to reach their specific goals. In short, I care deeply about my organization, our people, and embrace the growth that comes naturally from implementing and managing a security program.
