With over a decade of experience in marketing, sales and business development across a wide variety of industries, Aurina’s expertise lies in her ability to hit the ground running by quickly understanding the needs of different end-users and company product offerings within both B2B and B2C climates.

Having built marketing departments and processes from the ground up in more than three prior positions, and having worked for both organizations small and large (from startups to Fortune 500s, and nonprofits to government clients), Aurina is no stranger to developing and launching mission-critical marketing strategies, often with an omni-channel approach, while forming valuable business partnerships and unique referral programs in order to adapt to a continually evolving world.

Networking and building relationships (whether virtually or in-person) is one of her key strengths, and she considers herself a “jack of all trades” given her experience in email marketing, direct mail, telemarketing, social media sales & marketing (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, Yelp, Clubhouse, Twitter & more), along with content marketing and content editing experience, front-end UX design, website management, CRM management, and SEO & SEM strategy.

She also led and motivated sales teams to exceed performance goals, worked with customers and teams to improve product offerings and stay ahead of the competition, and believes in the importance of analyzing data in order to improve campaign performance, ROI, and ultimately, contribute to the company’s bottom-line.

Currently, Aurina is a marketing consultant and the business owner at AchievenWin, where she advises B2B and B2C clients with strategic business development, while also assisting with any recruitment, project management, or sales and marketing needs to maximize their organizational efficiency and revenue streams.
