Carrie Tatreau started her career in real estate working in development and residential construction with a local Chico firm building New Urbanist neighborhoods. Her 20+ years of commercial property management coupled with the construction experience allows her to help clients through tenant improvement needs or navigate a build-to-suit process.
Carrie holds a prestigious designation as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Chico Builders Association, and is a current board member of the Sierra North Valley Association of Realtors and the Chico Community Scholarship Assocation.
