I’m a graduate of Cornell University, class of 2002 with my B.A. in Government. I have 19 years of professional experience in sales/marketing and customer service. I’m currently the Directory of Business Development for Hignell Inc, which is one of the largest property management firms in Northern California. We professionally manage commercial and residential properties, apartment complexes, and HOA’s. We also consult. We have a construction division called “Experts In Your Home”, which we do General Contracting through and handle everything from brand new ground up construction, to large scale remodeling, to maintenance work. That division has 11 supplemental licenses under our main GC license. Between the property management division and construction division our revenue generated each year is in the millions. I am responsible for all new business for the entire company.

I began my career in finance as the Assistant Manager of a marketing department for a large wholesale bank that funded over 1 billion dollars in real estate loans, working with over 200 brokerages. I’ve held my California Real Estate license since 2004 and have worked both as a loan officer and a Realtor. My expertise is in building effective sales systems and training individuals and teams to become closers. I teach active listening skills, objection handling and sales automation.

Most importantly, I am a Mindset Coach and can help individuals and business owners identify and remove negative thinking patterns in order to replace them with a new set of beliefs that allows for growth and success.

I’ve successfully helped build businesses across several industries including real estate, music, fitness, and property management. I have a depth of life and professional experience that is unique, and I love sharing my experiences with others.

I really love teaching and learning more about the symbiotic relationship between effective digital marketing and a healthy sales team/system, which ultimately produces successful businesses.
