Lori Guy is a Client Delivery Manager within Enterprise Cloud Services at SAP. She is an experienced customer advocate — with a focus on maximizing customer success by managing complexity, stabilizing operations, and mitigating risks.

Before SAP, Lori worked in semiconductors, telecommunications, experience marketing, glass manufacturing, and the candy industry. She has been engaged with customers throughout their technology journeys – from solutions development and implementation to training and adoption. Lori has been consistently recognized by customers such as American Airlines, American Express, Parker-Hannifin, and Sony for delivering results through her leadership, collaboration, and project management expertise.

Lori holds undergraduate degrees from Spelman College and Georgia Institute of Technology. She also has a M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Old Dominion University. Lori is a certified Change Management Practitioner.
