Nick is the Water Resources Program Manager for the City of San Luis Obispo where he manages the water conservation and outreach, groundwater, and recycled water programs. From his time working for the USGS California Water Science Center and the State of Oregon Water Resources Department, Nick brings a mix of technical and regulatory experience to the City.

Nick holds a MS in Hydrogeology from San Diego State University and is a member of the WateReuse Industrial and Commercial Reuse Committee.
