Rachel is the COO of ripe.io, helping drive their mission to enable a platform where everyone will be able to access transparent information on the origin, journey and quality of their food. Rachel has over 20 years of proven management and leadership experience with both private and public cloud-based technology companies. Throughout her career, she has vast experience in a multitude of functional areas of Customer Success, Product Management, Program Management and Operations.
Her professional career also includes stints in London and Hong Kong. As the COO of ripe.io, she has responsibility for customer implementations, project management, product development and sales. Additionally, she has serves as an Advisor to a number of start-up technology companies in the US and Canada and as a Board Member for non-profit national organization LEAP (Leadership Education for Asian Pacifics).
She holds a degree in Business Management and Marketing from Cornell University where she also played NCAA Division I women’s basketball. She maintains her connections with Cornell as a mentor in both the Cornell Athletics Women of Color Mentorship program and as an Alumnae mentor for the Women’s Basketball team.
