Sanjay Trivedi has been with Salesforce for 6.5 years leading our Information Management & Strategy – Business Insights organization. Over the last 6.5 years Sanjay’s organization has been helping drive data driven decision making across Security. In 2015 the Trust team was one of the first clouds/organizations within TMP to run their business operations & security metrics on Wave since then the team continues to help Security leaders better understand their Security Programs by using the data and KPI’s to measure their program performance so that they can optimize the limited resources they have which are our people. From driving automation in reporting, helping teams better understand why they are missing SLA’s to addressing deeper data challenges that persist across our security organization the Business Insights team is at the heart of data and analytics for Security.
Prior to joining Salesforce Sanjay spent 7 years in the financial services industry at Wells Fargo in their Wealth Management Division and Retail Banking. During his time at Wells Fargo, Sanjay has been in various data roles both as a people manager and an individual contributor driving Financial Analysis, Sales Analytics, Incentive Compensation and Sales Reporting.
Sanjay believes in delivering value through relationship building —nurturing trusted advisor relationships with business leaders, and uncovering hidden relationships within data to create data- and insight-driven organizations.
