An experienced thought leader in Project and Program Management, Addy Casillas has been managing projects, running programs, and leading teams of teams since beginning her early military career after high school. She served in the U.S. Army for ten consecutive years, two in the reserves and eight in the active component (2003-2013). During her service, Addy held the military occupational specialties of Automated Logistical Specialist and Ammunition Specialist.
After separating from the Army, Addy attended San Jose State University where she attained a Bachelor of Science in Business Analytics (class of 2018) and later a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California (class of 2020). Addy has worked for Cisco Systems (2018-2021) and held the roles of Business Systems Analyst, Program Consultant, Scrum Master, and Program Manager under IT and Operations where the she ran global offerings to implement and scale across the enterprise.
She made a transition to Contrast Security as of April 2021, a startup in cybersecurity turned to SMB as of recently, where she holds the position of Program Manager under Product Operations. In her current role, Addy interfaces heavily with the Biz, Engineering, Product, and Customer Success Groups as the demand for rapid acceleration, growth, and scalability increase in this niche of Application Security.
