Ms. Kasner is the AET Operations Manager for the West Infrastructure Group with NV5. She has been a practicing Civil Engineer with private companies for over 30 years. She is also a contract City Engineer for the City of Imperial Beach.
She has been involved with and lead many small and large projects throughout her career that have varied from design of sewer rehabilitation projects to light rail projects. Her current focus is on developing and growing teams to deliver solutions to our communities infrastructure challenges and improve lives.
