I am a program manager and an engineer. As a program manager at Intel I supervise planning and execution of engineering projects towards successful, ontime, and quality delivery to internal and external customers. I currently work on PCIe, Serdes, and clocking IPs.
As an engineer I worked in hardware and software architecture teams to build Cisco switching products. I have extensive experience in architecture and performance evaluation of switching technologies, system modeling, functional validation, hardware verification, and hardware/software simulation.
I enjoy working in teams to find issues with current platforms, propose new design solutions and enhancements to increase performances, reduce complexity and costs, and simplify implementations. In my first job at Hewlett Packard Research Labs, I studied applied statistics and implement sampling theory to measure rare events as metrics of the Internet quality of service.
I am Italian, I live in Mountain View, CA with my family, I like skiing in Tahoe, hiking, biking, swimming, an traveling to Italy in summer.
