Dr. Jacqueline Nelson has more than 20 years of experience working for several Fortune 500 organizations in the healthcare and beauty industries as a sales and business development manager. Jacqueline holds a Doctor of Education from the University of Southern California, a Master of Communication Management also from USC, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
Jacqueline specializes in understanding the knowledge, motivation and organizational influences surrounding an organization’s problem of practice and the steps needed to create positive and progressive change. Currently, Jacqueline is writing a book regarding women in leadership positions in the film and television industry to accompany the work she published for her dissertation on women in behind-the-camera positions of power in the film and television industry.
Jacqueline’s passion is mentoring students, so they can realize their full potential and is mentoring undergrad and graduate students at USC’s Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism.
