Mr. Galarza has 37 years’ experience in multi million-dollar civil, environmental, wetlands, and IDIQ program management projects. He has estimated, negotiated, and managed projects incorporating Divisions 2 through 16, with special expertise in utility distribution systems, structural concrete, and marine construction, and employing 75 people.
As President, Mr. Galarza oversees all cost and technical proposals and operational management related to Yerba Buena Engineering. He has successfully managed contracts for the U.S. Navy, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), U.S. Air Force, National Park Service, Department of Veterans Affairs, and General Service Administration as well as for the City and County of San Francisco.
