Phil Graham is the Senior Vice President of software at Mojo Vision.. He has a passion for technology, is the named inventor on over 30 patents and has been a contributing leader of several companies to successful IPO or acquisition.

Most recently Phil held the role of Vice President at Nio and Atieva/Lucid Motors. Prior to this he led an R&D team at Avaya leading hardware, software, mechanical and industrial design with teams in the US, Canada, and Israel. He created the video strategy for the company where he led the $230M acquisition of Radvision.

Prior to this role Phil was the engineering founder & VP/CTO of Cisco TelePresence. He was responsible for all aspects of the product development and delivery to customers. He joined Cisco via the acquisition of Precept Software in 1998 where he was the Vice President of Engineering.

Prior to Cisco other roles that Phil held include: Network Computing Devices as Vice President of Engineering (IPO in 1992); WYSE Technology as Engineering Manager (IPO in 1985).

Phil obtained a BS degree in Computer Science with a minor in mathematics from California State University.
