After getting his BS degree in Computer Science and Engineering at UCLA, he royally failed at 2 tech startups. When he got his first software engineering job, he almost got fired a couple of times while working on a custom tracking and analytics platform. But he learned — how to talk to bosses, how to set expectations and how to get the right people’s help.
Now, as a Marketing Director, he uses everything he’s learned about both techie things and people to get great results while keeping people happy. (Of course, he still fails at something every day and keeps learning from it!)
