Tim Saenz is a Senior Project Manager with RMA Group. Established in 1962, the firm specializes in providing geotechnical engineering, pavement engineering, construction materials testing, special inspection services, environmental engineering, and stormwater management. He hold board positions for the Southern California Contractors Association, American General Contractors Association (Riverside/Inland Empire) and American Concrete Institute San Diego Chapter.
He also held the position as Technical Director for Cemex, Vulcan Materials, CRH Gulf Coast and Granite Construction. He was also elected City Council and held positions on Southern California Association of Governments; San Bernardino Association of Governments as well as other boards.
