In my area of expertise as an IO Practitioner, Military Veteran/Spouse, and Mother I believe I can offer my support to young and upcoming Women in leadership roles with the tools to excel and find a work-life balance that is not only healthy, but also conducive to their personal and professional development.

Andrea is an experienced, innovative, and solution-focused IO Practitioner in organizational behavior and leadership development with a demonstrated history of military operations, and 12 years of supervisory experience.

She specializes in executive leadership, organizational behavior, and change management. In addition, she is skilled in corporate social responsibility, talent acquisition, strategic partnerships, and implementation/management of training programs. Furthermore, in Andrea’s spare time she serves as a Board of Director for a local non-profit, mentors’ at-risk youth, and loves to travel with her family
