Happy to be here! My background is in languages, literature and linguistics. I have a BA in English and an MA in Modern Languages. I am an educator. I used to work as a language teacher and translator in Spain. Then moved to Ireland, where I worked in IT for 9 years, as a Tech Support Engineer, Internationalization Liaison and a Tech Lead. I currently work at Salesforce, where I cover the French and German-speaking markets on the Customer Success Team.
