Area of Expertise
The expertise that I will bring to the program is my experiences as a female leader in the life sciences. A quote from Ginny Rometty that has always resonated with me has been: “I learned always to take on things I’d never done before. Growth and comfort do not coexist.” As a female leader, I’ve always brought my passions, convictions, and positive energies to my innovative efforts and the exercise of leadership. The expertise that I will l bring to the program specifically are:
• Insights on women’s leadership qualities, strengths, and leadership styles related to the value of organizational and communal relationships.
• Strategies on managing your energy effectively for work/life balance and providing guidance on utilizing the action plan to ensure you are better focused on your well-being and your organization’s health.
• High-performing team-building strategies and guidance on how to communicate with a dynamic workforce to face head-on the challenges, and barriers for inclusion and diversity.
