Ira has been working as Chief Operating Officer at the Indian Health Center of Santa Clara Valley (IHCSCV) since 2015. IHCSCV is a Federally Qualified Health Center that provides Medical, Dental, Counseling, and WIC services. Ira was trained as a physician in India and completed a Master’s in Public Health from the University of Toledo in 2009. She is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), a Certified HIPAA, Privacy, Security Expert (CHPSE), and a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE).

Ira has been integral in the development and implementation of strategies that center data-informed decisions and continuous quality improvement at IHCSCV. She is proud to be able to lead a balanced life and enjoys spending time with her husband and son.
