My career of leading sales teams was built on the foundation that without the team, there is no ”me”. Acting as a coach and mentor has enabled me to help sales people around the country unlock their potential to become top sales leaders as well as the new generation of sales executives. My passion ignites when I am able to set a clear strategic vision and utilize my creative problem solving skills to push a team and company past where they thought achievable through my personal values of integrity, pride in a job well done, and leading by example.

I have been fortunate enough to earn numerous President’s Club designations, awards, and take a 25-year non-profitable sales team into the new dimension of 182% YOY revenue improvement, deeming them the #1 team in the United States.
