She spearheaded the first-ever iPhone refurb program, which is now a multimillion dollar business line. She has helped numerous companies rewrite brand and product stories to pivot from stodgy and stuck to innovative and exciting.
She has coached and mentored teams in Fortune 500 companies, helping them develop a valued voice at the table. She has led courses and workshops: How to Manage Up & Down, Network to Your Next Role, Conquer Imposter Syndrome, and Brand You. Kimberly’s credentials include: Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) ~ both through ICF (International Coaching Federation); and Certified Positive Intelligence Coach (PQ / Mental Fitness). She has coached leaders at Stanford, NVIDIA, Intuit, NextDoor, YMCA, Cadence, and more. She earned her Masters in International Business from Thunderbird, with an emphasis in Marketing.
