Laura Snow Benoit has been working in MBA Career Services and leadership development in the Bay Area for the past eight years. Laura’s current work at the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley centers around diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging where she helps MBAs from underrepresented groups navigate their career transitions by harnessing their unique identities and experiences. Previously, Laura worked as a human resources professional at a large mental health nonprofit.

Laura holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Colorado College and a master’s degree in counseling and organizational psychology from Adler University in Chicago.
