Hello!! My name is Neeharika Mokshagundam and I’m based out of Hyderabad, India. I am currently working as a Senior Manager at Salesforce India. I am happily married and proud mother of 11 year old son. I have spent the last 16 years in various roles from Development to testing and Devops across various industries like Ecommerce, Insurance and Banking. As an experienced technology executive, I bring a big picture focus and the ability to “connect the dots” to deliver complex and large scale global technology initiatives, aligned with business strategy.

I focus on building healthy teams with both high emotional intelligence and strong technical competency.
