My expertise includes management, experience working in both private and public entities as well as start-ups. I also have a MA in Leadership Organization and attended numerous leadership development workshops.

15+ years of high level Sales, managing large accounts, management, & analytics with Fortune 500 Companies such as Coca-Cola, Kraft Foods, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and Compass Group. I successfully managed and monitored over $100M+ in company assets.

In additional to my successes, I developed and fostering partnerships across departments and matrixed organizations, including start-ups. Most recently I have become an educator working with K-12th graders as well as supporting young adults towards independent living. I enjoy volunteering, mentoring, and learning new skills, and travelling. and and which stem from being a member of. Fortunately, I have been able incorporate community service & worked for employers that have helped me develop life & people skills that are priceless. My mother and I emigrated from Sierra Leone West Africa with little means.

Through her struggles to acquire the American dream, I learned great work ethics and a belief that with hard work, determination, and tenacity anything is attainable. Also being a Girl Scouts as an adolescent to my teenage years, I am still committed to the Girl Scout mission of building individual’s courage, confidence, and character, to make the world a better place.

I received a MSc in Digital Marketing Analytics from Salford Manchester University as well as an MBA and MA in Leadership Organization from Saint Mary’s College. I truly relish playing a role in maximizing the success of companies and leadership development.
