Theresa’s career includes serving as a Senior Manager of Organizational Effectiveness at Aerojet Rocketdyne, Flight Test Operations Training Lead at Northrop Grumman, Training & Development Manager at Meggitt Control Systems, Site Leader of Organizational Effectiveness at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics (Skunk Works) where she spent 30 years at the company, and Senior Associate Director for Executive Development at University California Irvine Paul Merage School of Business. She is the Founder of Tavarez & Associates, a global leadership and organizational development consulting firm.
