I am a Senior Director leading our Office of Talent Development at Kaiser Permanente. I have the great privilege of delivering employee and leadership development programs to support our employees in reaching their full potential. I lead our Equity, Inclusion and Diversity work and am passionate about workforce gender equity and cultivating a culture of inclusion and belonging.
We launched a very successful Women in Leadership Program in 2018 and last year we launched a Gender Allyship Program. I am a native Californian, married and have two grown daughters. I am a certified coach and workplace mindfulness facilitator.
