Meredith Solis is the Director of Agency Services for WorkWave, a full-service digital agency internal to WorkWave, a leading Saas software company. In this role, she has a dual focus on marketing strategies for field service companies as well as partnering with the nation’s top franchise brands to develop lead generation programs. Directing a multidisciplinary team through research/analysis, brand positioning and creative strategy to craft marketing campaigns that influence both internal stakeholders and external customers that drive meaningful business results.

With 15+ years of diversified experience in ad agencies, start-ups and major leave soccer, Meredith has a customer-first mindset; building innovative experiences that drive engagement. Working with brands such as Coldwell Banker Commercial, Supercuts, Nathan’s Famous, Century21, ServiceMaster and Jack in the Box, she is dedicated to solving complex marketing challenges that bring the customer journey to life.
