Javier Palacios brings a wealth of experience and a passion for excellence in customer service to his role as an advisor for the Seton Hall University Customer Experience Program. With a distinguished career at AT&T, Javier has consistently demonstrated his ability to drive impactful improvements in customer experience and operational efficiencies.
In his current position as Senior Program Project Manager at AT&T, Javier supports the Mobility and Broadband Technical Care Organization. He is responsible for identifying and implementing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience and streamline frontline operations.
Previously, Javier served as a Sales Coach and Advanced Technical Support Manager for AT&T, where he utilized advanced coaching techniques from the Leadership Academy and the Extraordinary Leadership Model. His efforts were focused on cultivating an environment that fostered growth and development for frontline experts, ensuring they provided exceptional service to customers.
Javier’s commitment to community service is equally impressive. He has served as the Southwest Regional President of HACEMOS, is a founding member of the Lubbock Chapter of Women of AT&T and TAMACC of Lubbock, and serves as a Director on the Board of Directors for Catholic Charities Diocese of Lubbock.
A Six Sigma Certified Green Belt, Javier holds a BBA in Management and is currently pursuing an MBA in Organizational Leadership. He remains deeply involved in his community, enjoys competing in BBQ cook-offs, and aspires to be a role model for his children.
Javier’s extensive experience and dedication to customer service make him an invaluable advisor to the Seton Hall University Customer Experience Program, where he continues to inspire and lead by example.
