After attending Rochester Institute of Technology, Rob pursued a career in the service and hospitality industry as table games supervisor at the original Golden Nugget Casino & Hotel in Atlantic City, followed by a move to South Florida to take on a new challenge as multi-unit and training manager for a national restaurant chain, where he honed his customer service skills for the next eight years. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 1995, Rob\u2019s childhood best friend asked him to join him in a new business venture. With an entrepreneurial spirit, Rob relocated to the Northeast and Carfaro Ornamental Ironworks was born. Over the next 25 years, he gained the loyalty and business of the most respected builders, architects, and developers throughout the US due to his relentless commitment to customer service. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2015, Fairway Building Products purchased Carfaro Railing and positioned Rob as the National Channel Sales Manager for the Design-Build business segment. As an advisory member of the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC), Rob listened to and learned from the many experts with whom he associates. As an acknowledged industry expert, he makes presentations to architects, provides budgetary and design assistance to the nation\u2019s most prolific multifamily residential developers, and participates in round-table discussions pertinent to the industry. Rob is seen as a thought leader, trusted advisor, and advocate for his clients. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rob has also authored and published educational American Institute of Architects (AIA) programs that he presents nationwide along with developing and delivering internal Customer Service and Sales training programs. In his down time, you can find Rob enjoying his many passions which include; attending heavy metal music concerts, playing piano and guitar, collecting autographed music memorabilia, spending time with his family and dog, and enjoying the natural beauty of Bucks County, Pennsylvania where resides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
