Greg Donahue is a Senior Property Manager with RMR Real Estate Services, a division of The RMR Group, and is involved in all aspects of real estate management for the Northwest, Washington, DC portfolio of office buildings. He has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience with 15 years directly managing diverse client portfolios of buildings totaling over 4 million square feet.
Greg has a deep knowledge of CRE financial reporting including accruals, reforecasting, and variance analysis; operating and capital budgeting; and operating expense reconciliations. He has expertise in the daily operations of commercial office buildings, management of staff, and customer service.
​Greg graduated from Drexel University with a BS in Business Administration, holds designations as a LEED Accredited Professional and a Facility Management Professional, and is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the District of Columbia.
