Elizabeth Shanklin brings more than 30 years of leadership experience to the digital and advertising communications industries, leading business-driving programs for large enterprise clients, both B2B and B2C, across a wide array of industries, from consumer electronics to digital natives, networking infrastructure and IT hardware, entertainment, software, aerospace, CPG and pharmaceuticals.

She is the founder of Ren Client Services which provides seminars and coaching for communications agencies and digital consultancies that focus on developing client service team soft skills to improve the lifetime value of client relationships.

Her prior experience includes leading multi-discipline teams in 16 countries to develop programs that ran in 26 countries for such prestigious agencies as Ogilvy & Mather, J Walter Thompson (now Wunderman Thompson), FCB and McCann, as well as leading digital marketing firms such as Accenture Interactive, SapientNitro (now Publicis.Sapient) and MXM.

Her teams delivered a full spectrum of services, from traditional and digital advertising to ecommerce implementations and digital transformation, meeting or exceeding all business objectives.
