Jenn Verma is the SVP of Human Resources at Lionsgate Entertainment. Jenn oversees a vast array of areas including HR communications, employee benefits, learning and development, and all company engagement programming. Prior to her tenure at Lionsgate, she was a Benefits Strategy Consultant at Towers Watson specializing in crafting and communicating competitive employee benefit packages for her clients.
Jenn is a pro at taking a holistic approach in supporting the employee’s “whole self” to create a top-notch inclusive culture that not only drives business results but also keeps the employees’ modern needs in mind.
She is passionate about all things community and culture. Jenn enjoys mentoring, is a advocate for employees who are also full-time caregivers, and has co-founded a non-profit that empowers creatives in numerous industries. In her personal time, you can find Jenn with her husband, dog, and two young children either soaking up some sunshine or cuddled up on the couch watching a Disney Classic.
