Carole is a native New Yorker, but truly feels a citizen of the world because of her extensive experience working in various parts of the world. Her outlook on healthcare delivery is firmly rooted in her clinical background. This solid foundation has helped her to grow organizations without ever losing sight of the needs of clinicians and clients. Her mantra has long been, ‘quality services will increase volume: good for both the patient and shareholder.’ She has lead facilities in Strategic Planning, Clinical and Facility Redesign of Systems, and Process Improvement.
She has experience seeing governmental, private, non-profit, for-profit, and joint venture organizations through a wide variety of construction and redesign projects. She has been able to grow the bottom line in Africa, Central America, and Mexico hospitals, as well as LTACHs, ambulatory care, FQHCs & Tribal Health organizations in the United States.
Her BSN is from Slippery Rock State University in Pennsylvania and she received her MS from Mercy College in New York. Teaching managers how to exercise critical thinking skills and see more than one narrow view or approach to a problem has been her key to helping organizations grow their bench for the long haul.
