Drew currently holds the role of Manager, Product Implementation at LeanTaaS for the iQueue for Operating Rooms product, functioning as a Subject Matter Expert (SME). Prior, Drew worked as an Implementation Manager, and successfully led product implementations across multiple health systems nationwide, collaborating with perioperative and hospital leaders to implement software analytics and positive change management for improved performance in the perioperative space.
As one of the leaders of their Systems Team, Drew led macroscale implementations for large health systems with a focus on “systemness” and standardization. Before joining LeanTaaS, Drew worked as the Manager of Business Operations, Perioperative Services, at AMITA Health Resurrection Medical Center (Chicago, IL). Drew holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Fitness in Preventive and Rehabilitative Programs and a Master’s degree in Health Services Administration from Central Michigan University.
