Leigh holds a B.S. in Organizational Management, and M.A. in Human Relations, as well as Post Graduate training in project management, change management, and lean six sigma with over 16 years of combined experience in program managementin adult learning, adjunct instruction, academic affairs, business planning/process development and re-engineering, program and project management, strategic development, IT and process improvement.
Leigh has led various strategic and improvement initiatives on behalf of several layers of management (CEOs, Executive VPs, COOs, Sr. Managers, Managing Directors) successfully leading and implementing high visibility strategic and operational multi-million dollar programs and projects, as well as in the capacity of executive consultant /coach, regulatory/governmental projects (FAA, DOE, THEC), higher education accreditation and most recently COVID 19 and Digital Transformation initiatives.
