Michael currently works at SVB as a Technology Process Analyst II, where he is responsible for working with technology process owners to assess and improve the capabilities of technology processes – as part of concerted effort to improve process maturity, increase scalability, and reduce risk as SVB meet the LFI expectations of clients & regulators.
Michael has also worked at Charles Schwab, where he led programs in Banking Operations and Public Cloud, leveraging his knowledge of Agile, Scrum, IT Operations, Kaizen and Lean Six Sigma principles. Prior to Schwab, he was a project engineer for Lockheed Martin, working with process owners to access process improvement opportunities for various government programs.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Arizona State University, as well as certifications in Change Management, and Agile Project Management.
