A big believer of “dots always join, when you look back” specifically where my career journey is concerned. Been in Sales, Channel management and sales management roles for almost 3 decades. I can proudly say I have witnessed the evolution of the customer buying journey from being a seller’s market to being a buyer’s market, from being in person to being virtual, from being territory based to being omnipresent! Of the past 3 decades I have invested the past 2 decades in the sales performance management space and have engaged with over 250 projects on sales effectiveness and transformation with mid to large corporates.
I have been the master trainer and certified practitioner for the Miller Heiman Group, Achieve global, Huthwaite, Think on your feet and other globally validated intellectual property frameworks and tools. I have now set up my own consulting practice working with small and medium organizations offering sales consulting and Fractional Chief Sales Officers.
I want to actively contribute to bring application and functional expertise to our education programs and would like to do my bit to elevate the strategic importance of sales. I volunteer as a Mentor of Change through the Atal Innovation Mission, a government of India initiative and am an ageism and diversity evangelist.
