Originally graduating from the University of Tasmania with a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science and Japanese, Rodney spent the following fifteen years in Japan where he earned a Doctor of Engineering in Electronic Information Processing before working at Hitachi in research and development.
After Hitachi he transitioned to the world of digital marketing at a US-backed startup in Japan. In 2005 this led to the opportunity to move to the US where he still lives, and now has over 20 years experience in business and technical development in the digital marketing industry.
