Mr. Hale is a seasoned executive leader and entrepreneur with a diverse operational, technical, and sales background. Currently he is the co-founder and Partner of Operational Security Solutions, a Risk Management company that services the Financial Sector and Highly Regulated Industries. Continually driving innovative strategies to enhance customer acquisition, but more importantly, client retention, he has grown his company from only servicing California, to offices in multiple states.
Prior to starting OSS, Mr. Hale’s career focused on supporting the United States military, intelligence, law enforcement and corrections in the areas of electronic warfare, electronic crimes, Counter-Narcotics/Human Trafficking, and Information Systems/Assurance for over 20 years.
Mr. Hale’s transition from government service to the commercial sector started as a sales professional in the IT industry enabling Fortune 500 international organizations. he established himself as a sales leader earning numerous recognitions as a top performer.
