Simon Tait began his comms career in public relations, working with Weber Shandwick, Ketchum and Peppercom in Scotland, London, and New York before he took on a Press Officer contract role with Chevron. Little did he know those six months would lead to 15 years working with the company in internal communication, executive counsel, policy issues, crisis response, editorial management, ESG, and change management from Kazakhstan to California.

After a spell in Healthcare, Simon joined Meta as Internal Communications Manager in April 2022 where he leads the development and delivery of internal campaigns on company-wide narratives.
Outside of work, he loves Batman, Ballet, Boxing and his beloved AFC Wimbledon soccer team in his hometown of London.
