From HR Manager to Chief Human Resources Officer, Bridgette has created fundamental human resource policies, developed training programs in Diversity, Ethics, Leadership, and Workforce Management, and brought stability and structure to organizations.
She has worked in both the private and public sectors inclusive of such industries as transportation, telecommunications, business services, city government, higher education, non-profit and banking. Additionally, she has experience working with union, non-union, and service contract (SCA) employees.
Bridgette was appointed to the role of Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at the California Institute of the Arts in June 2021. She is responsible for providing strategic leadership to the executive management team by articulating human resources needs and plans in the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management.
She is also responsible for the development and implementation of the Institutes’ policies and procedures, compensation, and benefits plans.
