My 20 plus year career has mainly been in the Consumer Products, Retail and Distribution industries. In addition to leading Finance and Accounting organizations, I have led HR and IT organizations at multiple organizations. I have experience in private, PE owned and large publicly traded companies including PepsiCo, Dole Food Company and Walt Disney.
I have working knowledge of manufacturing, distribution center, call center, agriculture and Direct Store Delivery (DSD) operations. I have professionalized accounting and finance organizations and I have worked closely with management teams to improve cost structures and profitability along with cash flow. I have been through multiple sell and buy side transactions. I have been involved in the integration of multiple organizations including people, processes and systems. I have led or been involved in several ERP system integrations.
Outside of work, I have volunteered my time with groups that deliver food to the less fortunate and I have been involved with groups such as American Corporate Partners and The Mission Continues.
