Brandy Starks, MSHS, MBA is a clinical research professional with over 15 years of experience. She is a vocal patient experience advocate and research participant working at the intersection of decentralized clinical trials and diversity, equity, and inclusion, starting her journey in 2015 after being diagnosed with fibromyalgia.
Brandy is also the Founder of Clinical Trials in Color Foundation, a nonprofit focused on increasing diversity in clinical research, and Co-Founder of the Coalition for Advancing Research Equity, a clinical research organization that promotes the advancement of BIPOC and differently abled professionals to positions of leadership within the industry.
