Irina Slobodinsky holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Science and Information Systems (MSIS). She also obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Global Business Management and Finance. Irina now enjoys a multi-disciplinary career that ranges from business analysis and business strategy work in her corporate career to her life and leadership coaching for clients in her personal business.
After establishing a successful career in finance and going through a set of her own obstacles, Irina realized that everyone’s recipe for happiness, authenticity, and success is an individualized formula; a formula she was passionate about supporting others in finding. Irina became certified as a life coach, having completed multiple courses to augment her skills.
As a coach, Irina is honored to be a part of her clients’ transformation and supporting them in forming the chapters of their own life stories. Additionally, Irina continues to hold a position as a lead business analyst in the financial industry where she consults a multitude of clients on how to implement the antifraud solution offered by her company. In this role, Irina uses her passion for coaching to manage and mentor a global team of business analysts.
