I have been the Marketing Director for Kala Brand Music Co. (Kala Ukulele) for over 12 years. During this time I have built a marketing team from the ground up. Together we have created a ukulele lifestyle brand expanding the product into non-traditional markets of outdoor, surf, skate, toy and education. This has been challenging and accomplished maintaining our position as the industry leader in a crowded, competitive category. There are always creative, out-of-the-box ways to grow brand awareness and sales!
One of the most fulfilling parts of my job is team leading and mentoring. My goal as a leader is to help others reach their full potential, encourage their gifts, and help them grow.
While I have worked full time, I have also raised four kids, coached sports and taught art…life has been full, rewarding, and eventful!
