Lisa Ewbank joined Synopsys in 2005 as Vice President of Investor Relations. Her Investor Relations career spans industries from energy to technology, for both large and small NYSE – and NASDAQ – listed companies. As the primary liaison to the financial community, she emphasizes developing and maintaining successful relationships, ensuring proper and robust disclosure, and enhancing strategic and analytical focus.
Prior to joining Synopsys, she served as the chief IR executive for Quantum, Cadence Design Systems, VLSI Technology, PECO Energy and San Diego Gas & Electric. She has also led risk management, stock administration and economic & energy forecasting functions. In 2012, she received the YWCA Tribute to Women in Industry Award, which recognizes women who exemplify excellence in executive level roles.
Ms. Ewbank holds a Master’s degree in Economics from New Mexico State University and a Bachelor’s degree from San Jose State University.
